Our Prayer Ministry consists of two vital ministry teams:
• Monthly Prayer Teams consist of individuals who have a heart for prayer and serve the local body as well as the greater community and Church through intercessory prayer. Prayer requests that are submitted are divided between the prayer teams. Team members then pray faithfully for prayer needs for a month. All prayer requests are kept confidential.
• Prayer Shawl Ministry is made of people who love to crochet or knit and do this as their ministry! A shawl, lap blanket, or car seat blanket is made and then given to persons as a reminder that others are praying for them either in difficult times in their lives or during times of rejoicing as in the birth of a child. As the person makes the gift to be given, they are praying for the one who will receive it. Prayer guides are available to instruct persons in this.
